DealsPilot browser extension & service — Last updated: August 4, 2026

This policy explains what data the DealsPilot browser extension and service handle, why, and how. DealsPilot is designed around a simple principle: your automation runs in your own browser, and we never ask for your website passwords.

In short: DealsPilot records browser actions you choose to record, so it can replay them for you. It does not collect your website passwords, and it does not sell your data.

What DealsPilot does

DealsPilot lets you record a task you perform in your browser and replay it on demand. To do this, when you start a recording the extension captures the steps of that task (such as the pages you open, the elements you click, and the inputs you provide) as a reusable workflow, and replays those steps in your browser using the sessions you are already logged into.

Data we process

What we do NOT collect

Where your data is processed

Automation executes locally, in your browser, on your machine. Recorded workflows may be saved to your DealsPilot workspace so you can access and reuse them; in that case they are stored on our servers solely to provide the service to you and are associated with your account.

Permissions the extension uses

Data retention & your control

You can delete your recorded workflows at any time from your DealsPilot workspace. You can uninstall the extension at any time, which stops all recording and replay. To request deletion of account data, contact us at the address below.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate DealsPilot (e.g. hosting), under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We never sell your data.
